Located on an L-shaped site, this project is the third phase of the 1,000-unit Palm Valley project. These rental apartments are designed to meet the growing housing needs in California's Silicon Valley. Designed in an Italian style, the project blends the character of an Italian Village with the extensive amenities of a luxury multi-family project. A formal arcaded entry sets the tone for a series of courtyards carved out of the three and four-story structures to create the atmosphere of an urban space punctuated by piazzas and gardens. Towers, pools, fountains and arcaded walkways support the Italian vernacular and give the development a resort feel. The one, two, and three-bedroom units are located in two podium buildings and include 12 double-width deluxe penthouse units.
